Hi ! I try to connect gateway WISE 6610 with device from other vendor, it’s IoT Controller UC300 from Milesight with communication protocol LoRaWAN. After preliminary configuration, they connected and i got uplink feedback on controller status. The problem is that i can not send command to contoller via downlink, and the main issue i belive is data type that i get from aplication server. I tried to send message via transmission frame where I enter data as HEX, but then i get data in plain text. Controller need data in specified type and i wanna ask if is possible way to change this data i know that is the way to change it for by node settings in gateway, but it’s not work for other vendors.
