How to Use Plymouth on the RSB3810

I attempted to display a custom logo image at startup using Plymouth based on the instructions from the following link:

But I was unable to display the logo. In fact, even with the pre-installed Ubuntu provided by the local Advantech staff, the standard Ubuntu logo was not displayed at all. Do you have any ideas or insights about this issue?

I only want to display a custom logo at Ubuntu startup, and I am not necessarily committed to using Plymouth. If there is another way to achieve this without installing new packages, I am open to alternatives to Plymouth.

I asked the local Advantech staff, but they couldn’t provide a solution and suggested that I inquire in the forums instead.

thanks

I have set GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash" and executed update-grub as well.

Hi~

Checking on the Genio-1200 EVK and the HDMI also cannot display the Logo.
After confirming with MediaTek, it was confirmed that the logo display is not supported.
