DO max driving is 0.3Amp and output power depends on your car power input.

The normal car voltage is 12V power input. So it can drive 3.6 W device. Right?
yes, as general automotive battery spec,
12V X 0.3Amp=3.6 watt
24V X 0.3Amp=7.2 watt
48V X 0.3Amp=14.4 watt
