For a project we need to steer and we get back +/-10VDC in the interface to acuators and motor ECUs and we like to run a RT Linux as controller for the project.
I have tried to find any Kb or file or so but so far only for Windows.
Any one that has tried this?

So, do you require to run USB-5817 and USB-5820 in the RT Linux?
The released driver for USB devices can only run in stantard Linux.
You can download the driver from official website.
This seems a application case discusstion, not only for confirming some specification of USB device.
