RSB 3720 development environment

Does RSB 3720 have any development environment to build and run bare metal application on m7 controller?
All the resources I found on http://ess-wiki.advantech.com.tw/ are related to yocto image.
I have tried and executed hello_world example using yocto image. but I want to try out bare metal coding without use of any OS.
